The full moon is a powerful time to connect with yourself, tap into the lunar energy, and take time to connect in body, mind, spirit and community. It's a practice of presence.
This gathering is a time to nurture yourself and be with other women. We’ll pause to breathe, celebrate, release, BE, and return to center.
The world needs us to be in our center right now. Our families need us to be in center. And we need each other.
Let’s gather for a little self-care in community...and remind ourselves of our fullness, and the inherent wholeness and wisdom within. The full moon marks a completion of a cycle. We get to release and begin again from a centered place.
I’ll share some of my own favorite rituals a balancing breathing practice a few gentle yoga poses My favorite calming bedtime beverage/s And essential oil bath blends that will soothe the nervous system and invite a great night's sleep.
We’ll bring in the elements of nature and restore in the light of the moon (on zoom). This will be interactive and questions, insights are encouraged. Inspire and be inspired!
