Mothering and navigating life’s many thresholds can be both beautiful and overwhelming. So often, we carry not only the weight of daily responsibilities, but also the deeper transitions of identity, loss, change, and renewal.

Life is full of transitions that require a space to be seen, heard and held. 

y work is rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, somatic practices, and intuitive healing. I do not see myself as the healer, but as a compassionate guide—walking alongside you as you reconnect with your body’s own organic intelligence. Each session is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and remember your wholeness.


When we live from connectivity and presence, we have a greater capacity to create safe, healing spaces for our families and those we care for.
First, we have to be in our bodies for any connection, repair, or healing to begin.   But, did anyone ever teach you how?

The ancient wisdom and science of Ayurveda invites us into this relationship and can offer profound body and soul support.   

My approach to coaching and application of Ayurveda is rooted in the feminine, meaning instead of relying on strict rules and restrictions, I guide you in how to make skillful choices  in how you nourish and live that support your unique constitution and vision.   You are unique and one of a kind, so together we discover what helps you thrive....
      ...you won't just learn about the nervous system, but understand your own nervous system and ways to heal. 
      ...you won't just learn about "the doshas" (forces of nature within and around you), but about how they are organized  within you --what your superpowers are, where/how you might tend to go out of balance and practical ways to bring your doshas back into balance. 

Learn to read your body's message. and be your own best healer.  From here, you have greater clarity on who else, what else, you might need or want to add to your healing team. to thrive.

Ayurvedic Wellness & Somatic Wisdom Coaching
(1-Month, 3 Sessions & supports)

A month of personalized support to help you reconnect with your natural rhythms  and nourishment and feel more at home in your body.  Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, we’ll explore simple, nourishing practices to support your whole self—body, mind, heart, and spirit. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are and offer gentle guidance as you navigate life’s transitions. Together, we’ll create practical rituals and rhythms that focus is on building ojas (vitality) , immunity, and nervous system resilience.  This is about restoring balance. 

I’m here as a guide walking beside you—supporting you in accessing your body’s own intelligence and innate capacity for wellness as you learn about Ayurveda and how to bring it into your daily living.

​WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR SESSIONS

Before our first session, you'll to receive intake forms asking questions about your health and your life.  It offers insight and helps me know al little bit about who you are and how you got to where you are now.  Clients in the past have said this is a really valuable experience for them.  

Initial Consultation --90 minutes : This initial consultation is about connecting, gathering information and building a foundation together.   It's a chance to clarify your health vision.  Next, we'll create a simple steps and schedule our future sessions and begin our journey together!  This can be really fun and revealing. 

In the second session, we'll  go over some findings from the first session--your Ayurvedic constitution and current imbalances.  We'll explore strengths of your constitution and some basic principles of Ayurveda to help you thrive.   From there, we'll create a plan with next steps moving forward.  This can feel empowering now that you are understanding your uniqueness a little more about bigger rhythms ready to support you.   We'll find ways to make simple steps doable and fun with habit science and imagination.  We'll  bring in habits and rituals of Ayurveda around sleep, nourishment, stillness, caring for the senses, mind, body, and emotions to bring you back to center. 

In the third session, (and any future sessions if you chose).  We'll continue to check in, modify or expand how you implement and integrate tiny rituals and remedies into your daily, monthly and seasonal life.  We explore what's working, what's evolving, and what feels like it's in the way.  We celebrate, acknowledge, and use journal prompts to support self-inquiry along the way.


​​NOTE: **Breathwork, somatic exercises, and inquiry show up in almost every session if the energy and moment calls for it to fully support your nervous system and whatever arises or wants to be witnessed in real time.   Sessions are interactive.  This is embodied learning and practice of Ayurveda.

Wellness & Wisdom Sessions

A deeply restorative and transformative experience that weaves together intuitive energy work, somatic practices, gentle touch, breath, and Ayurvedic wisdom. Each session invites you into a state of deep relaxation, connection, and renewal. Fully clothed and comfortably supported, you’ll be guided through practices that help you access the organic intelligence of your own body and reawaken your natural sense of ease and vitality.

These sessions honor you as whole—made of the same elements as nature—and offer space for release, integration, and profound nourishment so you can return to center and access your own body wisdom. 

​This offering has emerged from integrating my own knowledge, experience and practices with hundreds of clients. I draw from 15 years of teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork. as well as my work as an Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching, Energetic Bodyworker (Reiki Level 2 and various energy healing modalities), Care Companion, and space holder.   For over five years, I have also been a student of Kimberly Ann Johnson, whose mentorship in somatic education, the female nervous system and embodied healing has profoundly shaped my approach.

How the wisdom of Ayurveda has contribute to me...
Personally, after beginning my own journey in a 9-month Ayurvedic Living course, seasonal allergies went away, my hormones began to balance,  and my energy, peace, confidence and resilience began increasing.  I could feel all these shifts within the first three months.  The achy joints and deep fatigue began to dissipate.  I was sleeping better, felt less reactive and more present.  More alive.


My kids went from being in the pediatrician's office at least once per month fall through spring to once a year well checks.  (*My kids Nurse Practitioner was so impressed she joined my 12-week group program at the time).  I also learned how to use food, spice, and lifestyle as medicine with greater clarity and understand the unique constitution and tendencies of each of my kids. I found ways to invite them into being curious and to know their own bodies and listen.  As I was learning how to radically take care of me, my kids were seeing and feeling this too.  The investment I made in my own health and wellness was greatly contributing to the health and wellness of my kids and all my yoga students at the time. 

The definition of health according to Ayurveda is "to be seated in oneself". 
I felt like I was finding my center and accessing my own intuition in a way I never knew was possible. 

 As I was remembering how to be in a body, listen to my body and care for my body, I felt more empowered when in the presence of medical and healing practitioners.  I was an active participant in my own health rather than feeling like something in me was broken and needed to be fixed by someone else.   Ayurveda began to feel like it was my grandmother's grandmother's wisdom that was supporting the day-to-day, moment-to-moment, breath-to-breath living.  It opened my eyes to seasonal and cyclical living.  It helped me be curious about my own ancestors and their way of living and medicine. 

Life happens, of course.  Sometimes big waves hit.  
Ayurveda doesn't make us immune to life circumstances.  Bringing Ayurvedic wisdom into your life can certainly bring more flow to life, but it doesn't mean life is always easy.  I do think this way of living can, however, offer more ease and help use hold the tension in the opposites as we begin to attune and understand that we are nature and we learn from the cyclical rhythms of nature.  It gives us tools and resources to help understand the energies in our bodies and nourish our nervous systems. as we ride the wild waves of our life.  

Ayurveda is now backed by modern sciences of circadian rhythm and so much more.  
I like blending ancient wisdom with modern science to understand our own nervous systems and tendencies toward health and balance and how we go out of balance. (**Keep in mind that "balance" is a moving target and there is no perfect.)
