We slow it down to witness and welcome the messy and beautiful parts of being human and tend to body and soul. We explore breath, movement, stillness, energy, and listen deeply while tending to our body, mind, spirit, and senses. We give and hold space for some of the longer held patterns (physical, emotional, and spiritual) to be seen, felt, and shift so we can experience more of our true nature and inherently whole being.
This weekly respite helps us cultivate resilience and adaptability both on and off the mat.
