I'm taking a little respite and reset at the moment to tend to some transitions in my own life and be curious about some delightful offerings that are stirring which offer new ways in which I can integrate some new studies and life experiences.

My aim is to facilitate a space and practice that will help you know yourself and access your own inner wisdom to be present in, and with, your own life experiences--no matter what. We cultivate resilience and remember our inherent wholeness. I’ve had some life experience (like we all have) and we all can hold the memories and unprocessed emotions of those experiences in our bodies. And our bodies speak to us all the time, through whispers and sometimes shouts, telling us where, when we might need attention. Usually, that doesn’t feel so great and we can have a tendency to judge ourselves or circumstances. We make ourselves feel wrong and the bottom truth is....there's nothing wrong with you...or me. We have forgotten and our bodies want to take us back to the truth, the wisdom, the wholeness within.
Yoga has gifted so much to me over the years of practice and teaching and it is my honor and delight to share practices that have the capacity to liberate body, mind, and soul with with others.
We return to some basics to feel rooted, rested, and strong, yet soft and fluid through all of life's transitions.
