How Breakthrough Sessions work:
Step 1: Clarity I’ll send you a little prep work to help you review where you are at and get clear on where you’d like to go in your own self-care and health. You will be reminded that you are already complete, inherently whole and it's not only okay, it's a beautiful thing when you choose to also be an active participant in your health and wellness evolution to experience vitality and inner freedom. This first step will be really helpful to you and our time together. You’ll know what your biggest desires are. This will set you up for the next step.
Step 2: Coaching, Facilitation, and Strategy In a 90-minute call, we’ll review your health and see what we can explore. We’ll zoom out to get a sense of what awarenesses your body may be gifting you and acknowledge them. Then, we get to find simple, yet dynamic strategies to move in the direction you desire and to re-establish balance. You’ll receive personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations on any areas that will contribute to your health targets: breath, meditation, movement, body-based practices, energy tools, nourishing foods for your unique mind body type, and coaching on how to bust through the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
Step 3: Implementation & Integration You’ll emerge with an Implementation Plan that we co-create: three to five specific things you can take action on immediately to step into the radiant, healthy, thriving YOU that you are becoming. Resources (videos, audios, etc) that support your practice will be shared as necessary. You’ll be on your way to more ease, joy, and grace.
Follow up: 15 minute phone or zoom check-in We'll check in to see how the integration is going and what questions you have. I'll support you to know what you know and celebrate you as you make small shifts that over time create dynamic change. We'll get curious about the practical and magical that comes when you are changing habits and the beliefs behind them. (It's body, mind, spirit, energy --whole self!)
