RISE

A 10-Week Ayurvedic & Somatic Healing Journey For Women Navigating Life’s Thresholds

Come home to your body.
Restore your nervous system.
Live from center.

Program begins January 27th, 2026

An Invitation

If you feel disconnected from your body and your natural rhythms, it isn’t because you’ve failed.

It’s because we live in a culture that asks women—especially those who care for others—to override themselves. To keep going. To carry more than any one nervous system was designed to hold.

Over time, the body speaks.
Through fatigue.
Tension.
Overwhelm.
Hormonal shifts.
A quiet sense of depletion that doesn’t resolve with “doing more.”

Rest becomes harder. Rhythm gives way to urgency and reactivity. And what once felt nourishing can feel out of reach.

Somewhere inside, you may remember another way of living.
Or find yourself longing for it.

Rooted.
Present.
At home in yourself again.

Root Rise Thrive is an invitation to pause and change the trajectory of your health—not by fixing yourself, but by returning to the intelligence already living in your body.

This is a journey back to rhythm. Back to nourishment. Back to your center—yourself.

Why This Work Exists

We move through major life thresholds—motherhood, birth, adoption, caregiving, grief, loss, a move, health changes, relationship shifts, perimenopause, menopause and identity changes—without being given space to integrate what they ask of us.

In traditional rites of passage, there is always an integration phase.
Our culture skips this part.

Instead, women are expected to adapt quickly and move on, often while holding everyone else together. What doesn’t get digested doesn’t disappear—it settles into the body.

Root Rise Thrive exists to hold that missing space.
A space for witnessing.
For integration.

For deep nourishment.
For remembering how to listen inward again.

A Different Approach

Ayurveda is an ancient and time-tested healing system that views the body as rhythmic, intelligent, and oriented toward balance. When we live in relationship with natural rhythms—breath, seasons, cycles, and life stages—the body knows how to repair.

Many women’s health challenges don’t arise because something is “wrong,” but because the nervous system has been asked to carry too much for too long. We’re living in a time of too-much and too-fast --
   where information piles up
and our bodies can’t keep pace.

In a culture that normalizes overextension, depletion can quietly become the baseline.

Then, when we meet major transitions in life, that imbalance deepens and we can feel fragmented—separated from our bodies, our rhythms, or our sense of belonging within ourselves.

This disconnection may show up as low energy, digestive or hormonal challenges, anxiety, sleep issues, emotional overwhelm, or a loss of joy and aliveness.

Root Rise Thrive offers a different way.

Rather than overriding the body, we listen.
Rather than pushing through, we create conditions for repair.
Rather than outsourcing your well-being, you learn to trust and respond to your own signals with care—strengthening your capacity to know when and how to receive support.

What Becomes Possible

There is a pulse that formed you—and that same pulse is still alive within you.

What if the thresholds that undo us can also reshape us?
What if, through rhythm, ritual, and nourishment, we can weave new, sustainable ways of caring for our bodies and nervous systems?

Through this journey, women often experience:

  • a more regulated and resilient nervous system

  • deeper rest and improved sleep

  • greater emotional resilience

  • clearer intuition and inner trust

  • a better relationship with food as nourishment and medicine

  • a renewed relationship with movement that feels intuitive, pleasurable, and sustaining

  • more energy and ease in daily life

  • sustainable rhythms that support real life and aging

  • a sense of being rooted, present, and alive again

This is about rooting back into yourself so you can rise toward the life you long for—from a grounded center.

About Karla

I’m a mother of three daughters through birth and adoption, and I know what it feels like to navigate profound transitions while still tending to others.

Ayurveda and somatic healing helped me stay in my body through grief, loss, and rebuilding my life from the inside out. They taught me how to metabolize grief and joy simultaneously, and how to return to center again and again.

I believe the female body is wise, rhythmic, and organically intelligent.
I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and community.
And I believe you carry medicine within you—we uncover it together.
