For thousands of years, Ayurveda has taught that when the seasons change, it’s an invitation to slow down and reset digestion. But this invitation goes beyond what and how we eat.
In a 11-day Ayurveda-inspired cleanse, we also take time to reflect and "digest" our accumulated thoughts, feelings, emotions, and life experiences.
The pace of modern life sets up patterns that feed the dis-ease process. If you’ve been navigating life transitions, seasonal cleansing offers a time-tested way to support and improve digestion, release excess toxins, bring unconscious patterns to light, and restore body, mind, and hormones to rhythm.
Ayurvedic wisdom reminds us that we can often accomplish more through doing LESS, having LESS and taking in LESS with our 5 SENSES.

My Story
Thirteen years ago, everything changed for me—my health, my mothering, my whole way of living. And it all began with an Ayurvedic cleanse I did so imperfectly.
That first reset taught me that you can’t metabolize life when you’re depleted. What the body truly needs—especially in autumn—is warmth, rhythm, rest, and deep nourishment, not more pushing or deprivation.
At the time, I was teaching yoga and mothering three young kids while co-owning a studio. On the outside I looked “healthy-ish,” but inside I was dealing with allergies, poor sleep, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, bloodwork that was "off" and doctor visits. That first cleanse gave me a new way to live—with habits that supported my body, mind, and spirit.
Since then, I’ve returned to seasonal cleansing every spring and fall. It’s been my anchor through both everyday stresses and some profound transitions in recent years: parenting, loss, grief, divorce, creating a new home and menopause. Each time, it reminds me we are inherently supported by seasons and cycles and helps me come home to myself.
These three amazing humans are big now and still inspire me! I believe healing and embodiment is generational work.

The focus of the Fall cleanse is all things warm, spiced, and boosting to our immunity.
We’ll incorporate apples as a prebiotic to help build a healthy gut microbiome, root veggies like beets to cleanse the liver, and a nutritionally complete Indian stew called “kitchari”. Plus tons of delicious soups, salads, juices and smoothies that take minutes to prepare. You’re going to love it!

Food allergies/sensitivities? No problem I'll help you work around them.
Vegan? We have vegan alternatives listed for all recipes.
Gluten-free? All of our recipes happen to be gluten-free!

Though chances are pretty high your family is going to be super supportive of you doing a cleanse, chances are also pretty high that they don't really want to do it with you. Inside the seasonal cleanse guide you will find tons of delicious recipes that the whole family will really enjoy, and others that may not be everyone's favorite but are really quick to make for yourself while the kids chow down on Annie's Mac n' Cheese or a pot of black beans and rice. (it's all about balance). We'll also talk about ways to talk with your family and prepare.

Yes. All of the live meetings and any extras yoga/meditations sessions will be recorded and posted within 24 hours. Also, if you have a question you’d like me to address in a session but can’t be there live, you can send it to me beforehand.

You have an opportunity to CUSTOMIZE your cleanse according to what you need, and how much time you’ve got. For example, You might be an early retiree, living in that beach community with 11 hours a day to sit in meditation and move slowly and live on bone broth and oxygen for a week.
And for others.... You might have full time jobs or businesses to run, kids or parents your taking care of, or all of the above and still need fuel.
If you don't have room to take a day off and sip lemon water, journal and rest, it's all good. most of us don't. There are many many many recipes in the 10 day cleanse guide for juices, smoothies, soups, salads and entrees of all tastes, shapes and sizes to choose from. I WILL teach you about the traditional spices, herbs, and medicinal foods of Ayurvedic tradition.
I WILL teach you a number of tools for using spices to boost your digestion and improve gut health long term. But you don't have to do all of it. You only have to do what you're ready for. Usually your first cleanse sets you on a path where you're cleansing at least once (ideally twice) a year and each time you explore something new and let it evolve.
You get to assess where you're starting from, and decide what's going to ACTUALLY WORK FOR YOU, vs. what will be too much to commit to or what you don't have the energy for.
