Go ahead. Count them all. Get the big ones first. The move, the new plate at the table, the diagnosis, the new business horizon, the accident, the job that fell through, the child who is struggling, the aging parent… See if you can add some more - the beginning of a school year, the new boss or business launch, the new relationship….
Take a minute more and think about the transitions in your own body and spirit
- the added worry, the new joy, a change in how you sleep, hormones shifting, the spring in your step or the weight on your shoulders…
Here’s the thing. Our lives are FULL of transitions.
We forget that, I think.
We busy ourselves managing meals, schedules, carpools, and deadlines so much that we forget how life-giving and sometimes life-sucking transitions can be, AND we neglect the body/soul transitions we’re experiencing because we’re so busy keeping everything else together.
Then, somewhere along the line we add in a little doubt, guilt, shame, blame, fear and now you are stuck in some vicious cycles.
I get it! In the past two years, we moved, my husband was diagnosed with stage IV cancer, and my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Those were the biggies. My kids started new schools, my husband went on disability, and (why not?) we got a dog, a rabbit, 4 ducks and 13 chickens.
In my life, I have known what it’s like to embrace calm on the yoga mat only to have it evaporate in the swirl of life. I have known what it’s like to organize my physical surroundings even as my mind was cluttered with doubt and anxiety. And I have known the cost of caring for everyone around me while my own body and spirit wanted more, needed more.
After we grew our family from three to five through adoption in 2010, I tapped into the smart, savvy me and said ENOUGH! Like so many moms I know, somewhere in the juggle of caring for children, managing schedules, and tending to physical and emotional health issues within my family, and running a business, I found myself drifting.
It didn’t all happen at once. It never does!
But I remember waking up one day and feeling like I just wasn’t grounded - like I was so disconnected, and not just from the people around me, but from the “me” I used to be, or wanted to be.
And that night I made a demand of myself to change it whatever it took. I wanted to enjoy my life and be present in it! I wanted to feel strong, grounded, and ready to show up for me, my family and the planet.
I dove in deep to the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda, followed by many other trainings, modalities and certifications. .
So I made changes. Some fast, some slow, and some still in progress.
And I began to really live into some very basic, important principles of self-care.
Today I am vigilant (with a lot of grace)
I look at the wild transitions shaping, shifting, and sometimes upending the world around me, and I am like a mama bear for myself. I am vigilant on my own behalf: I nurture my body. I limit the nonsense. I listen to my spirit.
I trust the best dreams I can possibly dream for myself. I choose to wonder “what else is possible?”This is the beginning of a list of MUSTS for me, and there are more.
Now here’s what I desire... I want you to trust YOU.
I want us to be vigilant TOGETHER! I want us to create a new normal and lead with self-care and joyful, connected living!
I want us to create, bless, and sustain a group of women who are mama bears for the mselves in such radical, hopeful ways that they are free and powerful in their care for others and their hope for the future.

This is a 12-WEEK WHOLE HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY
There will be big and small Aha moments, big and small shifts. You are in it for the long haul. We take small actions and watch them evolve. Imagine 6 months from now, 1 year, 10 years!!!!
I've got you every step of the way!
Week 1: Exhale and Create SPACE. You just stepped in to do the work of expansion and upleveling your whole health--body, mind, spirit, emotions. We’ll start by exploring why you feel out of sync and use tools to bring you back into the body. (Nothing is broken or needs fixing...just an alignment and tune-up). It’s harder to create change when we are tense, in resistance, or not willing to face the shit that will come up. So this week we’ll dive into some powerful mind body practices and energetic tools to support every big and small life-giving habit you embark on in this course.
Week 2: Enhance Your Digestion Get a clear picture of how you are unique and explore your mind body type and how it plays a huge role in how your approach change and staying balanced and happy. Start with tiny steps to harmonize with nature’s rhythm to feel strong and healthy in gut and energy.
Week 3: Deep & Restful SLEEP Learn how to use your evenings to let your nervous system wind down. Get a glimpse at the science behind sleep cycles for your body’s current and long-term health. Create evening rituals that work for you so you can relax, recharge, and have the sleep of your dreams.
Week 4: Dynamic Morning Routine Set yourself up to raise the morning vibe and feel in the flow all day long. Create tiny habits of daily detox and equip your cells to do their jobs--move out yesterday before moving into today. Align your morning with what matters most and learn how to get your physiology working in your favor so the day and mind begins from a place of clarity rather than clutter. You can do this even with small- bodied early-risers in the house! (My daughter used to wake at 4:15am daily for a year and you can find a way too!)
Week 5: Expand your body, breath and energy with movement. What keeps getting in the way of consistent exercise? We’ll bust through this and find ways to move your breath and body that light you up and honor your unique mind body type.
Week 6: Receiving the Power of Plants What if it isn’t about “diet”, discipline or willpower? Find out what’s been missing as you open up to a deeper connection to how nature wants to feed you. This is really about the art of connection and receiving, as we explore healing power and life force energy in plants--food and oils. (No, this is not about becoming vegetarian. Carnivores can do this too!)
** I love this transition in our journey together. We get to move into what I call the “yummy practices”--ones that go deeper and expand from the inside out and guide you further in all of your practices and habits.
We’ll gain momentum and tap into a deep energy source. These habits guide us toward center. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do them. You will tap into the wisdom and find what works for YOU and connect you to passion and purpose.
You will be reminded to live fully, have fun, play and be present in this one precious life! Get ready to DIVE DEEPER!
Week 7: Pause! Let’s integrate and celebrate! This is the work required to create sustainable health in body, mind, spirit and YOU ARE DOING IT! We’ll explore what’s happening on a cellular level, dive into elements of intimacy and you’ll get extra coaching and facilitation to support massive breakthroughs individually and collectively. You are part of creating a new normal ease, joy, abundance and self-love for all women and your children. You’ve got this!!! We’ve got your back!
Week 8: Habits of Allowance, Gratitude, Curiosity, & Self-compassion This is where we get real, brave and creative. It’s the deeper work we like to skip over all too often, but it matters! Trade judgment for allowance, worry for wonder, stress for ease, lack for abundance! Ditch guilt, blame, shame fear and change the trajectory of your health.
Week 9: Empower your Hands to Heal The mystery and magic of self-massage is revealed this week to take you deeper to your center while increasing lymphatic flow, self-love, immunity, and pain relief. Find out how you can read your body like a book, prevent illness and catch imbalances before dis-ease. Nourish the senses to feel grounded and radiant. It’s like putting on your super heroine cape and being prepared for whatever comes your way each day.
Week 10: Meditation & Energy Pulls to support who you are becoming These are super potent and will change so much! Enough said.
Week 11: Nourish to THRIVE Western culture has often focused on what we eat. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda is more curious about how we eat in ways that are nourishing, pleasurable and support your body’s natural ability to evolve and get stronger as you age. You’ll learn how to practice grace and receptivity in this area while improving digestion and finding the right body for you with more joy and confidence and less judgement. I like to think of this week as learning how to dance daily with what your body requires to support your soul.
Week 12: Celebration of stepping into momentum toward Easeful Living! Acknowledgement of creating habits that support you in enjoying the experience of LIFE and feeling connected to yourself, to others, to plants and the planet. Create and claim TRUST in yourself as you move forward and get clear on actions and support you deserve because you know you are WORTHY.

MORE ABOUT THE WORK WE DO TOGETHER & WHY I DO IT...
I work with men and women of all ages and walks of life. However, I specialize in working with smart, savvy women who are parenting or caregiving who are experiencing overwhelm and anxiety as they manage it all.
All of us have experienced what I refer to as life-disrupting moments in past, and maybe you are going through one or more now. It can feel like life is not so easy, especially if you are caring for others in family or community.
I get how life disruptions can get in the way of your own self-nature and weigh you down. Sometimes we are very aware of the big stressful moments in life. Other times, we may tend to brush them off because they seem very insignificant. And maybe we may feel like we let something go, but there is some part of it still stuck in the physical body or energetic body. We keep looping back to old habits, patterns, ways of thinking and being...beliefs. Its frustrating.
Regardless of how big or small traumatic events are--all require "full digestion"--just like our food requires digestion, absorbing and assimilation.
The ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda has stood the test over time. The daily habits known as "dinacharya" are powerful and within the basic principles is freedom to find ways that it works for you so you can BE more of YOU! I like to think of it as a daily purification, detoxification or simply letting yesterday go so we can show up for TODAY.
When we get some basic body care habits down and begin to nourish our body, listen to our body and truly BE in it and BE PRESENT with all that is...amazing shifts and self-healing can happen. It brings us to the unconditional self-love most truly desire. Release guilt, shame, blame, fear, no enoughness....these habits are a judgment detox if you allow them to be.
It doesn't take a lot of time, or energy. It is work. You need to show up and take ACTION. I'm here to support you in that journey.
I have studied and trained in many areas, yet I see the greatest gift I bring to this work with women is life experience and experiencing life with others.
